This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of employing artificial intelligence (AI) in teaching "General Teaching Methods" and "Medical Psychology" to students of the Faculties of Education and Medical Technology at Wadi Al-Shati University. Using a descriptive analytical approach, data were collected via a questionnaire comprising 31 items across four thematic groups. A random sample of 116 students participated. The findings revealed statistically significant differences indicating the feasibility of AI integration, its positive impact on teaching quality, and challenges related to infrastructure and financial resources. Key Recommendation: Strengthen digital infrastructure and ensure continuous technical support to facilitate effective AI integration in education.
