This study aimed to examine the impact of the digital transformation strategy, with its dimensions (leading digital transformation, use of technologies, structural changes, and digital innovation), on organizational performance, with its dimensions (organizational culture, leadership, work environment, learning and growth, change, and innovation) in Libyan educational institutions. The study relied on the descriptive analytical approach, and data were collected via a questionnaire designed specifically for this purpose and distributed to a random sample of (360) principals, educational supervisors, and teachers in a number of educational institutions in Libya for the 2024/2025 academic year. The results of the statistical analysis using multiple linear regression showed a statistically significant impact of the digital transformation strategy on organizational performance, with the "structural changes" dimension having the greatest impact. The results also showed statistically significant differences in the responses of sample members attributed to the variables of academic qualification and years of experience. In light of these results, the study presented a set of recommendations, the most important of which is the need to develop a clear national strategy for digital transformation in Libyan education, invest in digital infrastructure, and implement intensive training programs to build the digital capabilities of teachers and administrators.
